However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure a fair and transparent process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisite:<\/strong> All cancellations must be sent in writing to the e-mail address below: <a href=\"mailto:afabery@fundatech.org\">afabery@fundatech.org<\/a>. Cancellation requests by other means will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadlines and Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Cancellation Period<\/th>\n<th>Reimbursement Percentage<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>15 calendar days or more prior to the start of the course<\/td>\n<td>50% of the amount paid<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Less than 15 calendar days before the start of the course<\/td>\n<td>No refunds will be made<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>2. Changes or Reprogramming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event that the participant wishes to reschedule for another date or course, he\/she must notify at least <strong>15 calendar days<\/strong> in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Rescheduling will be subject to space availability and will not generate additional costs on the first request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Duplicate Certificates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duplicates of issued certificates will have an additional cost of <strong>$15.00 USD<\/strong> for each application.<\/p>\n<p>To request a duplicate, please send an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:afabery@fundatech.org\">afabery@fundatech.org<\/a> with the details of the course and the full name of the participant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No refunds or rescheduling will be granted in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation occurs after the course start date.<\/li>\n<li>The participant does not attend the course without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>The application does not comply with the deadlines indicated in this policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Processing Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Approved returns will be processed within a period of <strong>10 to 15 working days<\/strong> upon receipt and confirmation of the cancellation request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.
