Refunds and Returns Policy

Effective July 1, 2023

Please read our return policy carefully:

At Fundatech, we strive to provide the best possible service to our participants. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure a fair and transparent process.

1. Cancellations

Prerequisite: All cancellations must be sent in writing to the e-mail address below: afabery@fundatech.org. Cancellation requests by other means will not be accepted.

Deadlines and Returns:

Cancellation Period	Reimbursement Percentage
15 calendar days or more prior to the start of the course	50% of the amount paid
Less than 15 calendar days before the start of the course	No refunds will be made

2. Changes or Reprogramming

In the event that the participant wishes to reschedule for another date or course, he/she must notify at least 15 calendar days in advance.

Rescheduling will be subject to space availability and will not generate additional costs on the first request.

3. Duplicate Certificates

Duplicates of issued certificates will have an additional cost of $15.00 USD for each application.

To request a duplicate, please send an e-mail to afabery@fundatech.org with the details of the course and the full name of the participant.

4. Exceptions

No refunds or rescheduling will be granted in the following cases:

• Cancellation occurs after the course start date.
• The participant does not attend the course without prior notice.
• The application does not comply with the deadlines indicated in this policy.

5. Processing Time

Approved returns will be processed within a period of 10 to 15 working days upon receipt and confirmation of the cancellation request.
